A really intelligent and sweet woman, she even stuck with me when I was ready to close on a house, then found just too much wrong with it to buy, so I backed out of the deal. 2 weeks later we were on the hunt once more. She was able to get me more out of closing on my new home than I would have ever gotten in my own, and made sure the process was as painless as she could make it for me. I am very happy with Deb and still rely on her with questions I have, long after the sale is over.
