She did a great job in getting our home ready for sale and knew all of the essential little details and steps to insure that our home presented well and highlighted all the unique features of our home. Within 4 days we had over 10 offers. We sold fast. Deborah was great at explaining in detail all of the documents that are involved with selling. That meant a lot to us. It gave us peace of mind. With the purchase of our home Deborah was just as good. She was very knowledgeable of our area of interest and was able to negotiate well with other agents. We purchased our dream home and we owe it to Deborah for sharing all of her knowledge and expertise with us. I will most definitely call Deborah again when I sell or buy another home.
